Udang Saos Padang - Padang-Style Spicy Prawns
  • Prawns, cleaned and drizzled with a little lemon juice to remove the fishy smell
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • chili
  • ginger
  • tomato sauce
  • chili sauce
  • lemongrass
  • salt & pepper

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, chili, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the prawns and cook until they change color.
  3. Add all the sauces, lemongrass, salt, pepper, and some water. Stir well and cook until the flavors are well combined.
