- Prawns, cleaned and drizzled with a little lemon juice to remove the fishy smell
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot

- Sauté the onion, garlic, chili, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook until they change color.
- Add all the sauces, lemongrass, salt, pepper, and some water. Stir well and cook until the flavors are well combined.
