Tumis Kangkung / Terong - Stir-Fried Spinach/Eggplant
  • vegetables (water spinach or eggplant), sliced as desired
  • garlic, shallot, and chili (all thinly sliced)
  • salt + pepper

  1. Sauté the seasoning ingredients until fragrant.
  2. Add some water, then add the vegetables.
  3. Cover with a lid, stir occasionally, and remove from the heat once the flavor is to your liking.
