Tom Kha Gai
  • chicken breast, diced
  • mushrooms, cleaned and diced
  • shallot, thinly sliced
  • garlic, thinly sliced
  • chili, to taste
  • lemongrass
  • fish sauce or salt
  • cilantro leaves
  • coconut milk 
  • juice of 1 lemon

  1. Boil the chicken until tender.
  2. Add the shallot, garlic, chili, lemongrass, and fish sauce or salt. Stir well.
  3. Then add cilantro, coconut milk, and lemon juice. Stir and cook until flavors combine.
