Tempe / Tahu Kecap - Tempeh / Tofu on Sweet Soy Sauce
- tempeh and tofu, cut into small rectangular pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot and chili, to taste (all blended or thinly sliced)
- 1 tomato
- salt
- sugar
- sweet soy sauce
- a splash of worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Fry the tempeh and tofu until half-dry (partially cooked and slightly crisp).
- Sauté all the seasoning ingredients until fragrant.
- Add the fried tempeh and tofu, then pour in sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
- Stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
