¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 teaspoon kashmiri chile powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons grated ginger
salt + pepper
- Marinate the fish in curry powder, salt, and pepper for at least an hour. If short of time, 15 minutes will do.
- Beat an egg and mix well with the chicken pieces.
- Heat enough oil in a pan or wok for frying.
- Coat the fish pieces in flour and fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Combine all ingredients above and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Sauté in a hot pan with oil until cooked and crispy.
- Remove from the pan.
- Sauté spinach in the same pan with ginger and salt, and pepper.
- Put on the serving plate and place the fish on top.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
