onion, garlic, shallot, and sweet chili ( all finely chopped)
salt + pepper
mixed vegetables (mushrooms, bok choy, etc.), cut as desired
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and shallot until softened.
- Add the chili and stir.
- Add the vegetables and cook until slightly wilted.
- Add the rice, season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry until well combined.
