Nasi Goreng - Fried Rice
cooked rice
onion, garlic, shallot, and sweet chili ( all finely chopped)
salt + pepper
mixed vegetables (mushrooms, bok choy, etc.), cut as desired

  1. Sauté the onion, garlic, and shallot until softened.
  2. Add the chili and stir.
  3. Add the vegetables and cook until slightly wilted.
  4. Add the rice, season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry until well combined.
