Ikan Goreng - Fried Fish
  • fish, cleaned
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of turmeric, grated
  • salt

  1. Rub the fish thoroughly with all the seasoning ingredients.
  2. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Deep-fry until golden and cooked through.
