Dessert 
Flan Dominicano
6 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar
water

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place a rectangular Pyrex dish filled with 1 inch of water. 
  2. Then, take about a cup of sugar and cover it with water in a pan, and boil it to make the caramel. 
  3. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn! Put caramel at the bottom of the circular Pyrex. 
  4. In a blender, put 6 eggs, condensed and evaporated milk, and a touch of vanilla extract. 
  5. Pour on top of the caramel and place inside of rectangular Pyrex dish, uncovered. 
  6. Bake for 1 hour and check the center with a knife to make sure it is cooked at the end. 
  7. Then take it out and let it cool. Enjoy!
