1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar
water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and place a rectangular Pyrex dish filled with 1 inch of water.
- Then, take about a cup of sugar and cover it with water in a pan, and boil it to make the caramel.
- Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn! Put caramel at the bottom of the circular Pyrex.
- In a blender, put 6 eggs, condensed and evaporated milk, and a touch of vanilla extract.
- Pour on top of the caramel and place inside of rectangular Pyrex dish, uncovered.
- Bake for 1 hour and check the center with a knife to make sure it is cooked at the end.
- Then take it out and let it cool. Enjoy!
