Dominican Corn Soufflé 
  • one can corn 
  • one can creamed corn 
  • one can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs tsp of vanilla
  • pinch of butter
  • sugar
  • salt 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Beat eggs well. Add all other ingredients. After stirring together, top with sugar/salt/butter to taste.  
  3. Cook in a double-boiler for 60-75 minutes.




Comfort corn soufflé is easy to make & warms the souls at special occasions or just because it is so yummy!
