- chicken breast or thigh, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, thinly sliced into long strips
- Bell pepper
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce & 2 tbsp soy sauce (or store-bought teriyaki sauce as a substitute)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 clove of ginger, grated
- Mix all sauces and seasonings with the chicken pieces, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper.
- Add the marinated chicken and sauce mixture.
