Chicken Teriyaki

  • chicken breast or thigh, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced into long strips
  • Bell pepper
  • 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce & 2 tbsp soy sauce (or store-bought teriyaki sauce as a substitute)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 clove of ginger, grated

  1. Mix all sauces and seasonings with the chicken pieces, and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and sauce mixture.
