Chicken Katsu
  • 1 pax boneless chicken thigh, seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • all-purpose flour, seasoned with salt + pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • cooking oil

  1. Dip the chicken into the beaten egg.
  2. Coat the chicken with the seasoned all-purpose flour.
  3. Then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep-fry until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with Thai chili sauce.
