- 1 pax boneless chicken thigh, seasoned with salt & pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- all-purpose flour, seasoned with salt + pepper
- breadcrumbs
- cooking oil
- Dip the chicken into the beaten egg.
- Coat the chicken with the seasoned all-purpose flour.
- Then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with Thai chili sauce.
