- 1 pax chicken (thigh or wing)
- A small piece of turmeric, 2 cloves of garlic, a little ginger (all grated)
- 1 bay leaf
- salt to taste
- Boil the chicken with a little water along with the spice mixture.
- Once tender, check the salt level and adjust if needed.
- Deep-fry the chicken in plenty of oil until golden and crispy.
