Ayam Goreng - Fried Chicken
  • 1 pax chicken (thigh or wing)
  • A small piece of turmeric, 2 cloves of garlic, a little ginger (all grated)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt to taste

  1. Boil the chicken with a little water along with the spice mixture.
  2. Once tender, check the salt level and adjust if needed.
  3. Deep-fry the chicken in plenty of oil until golden and crispy.
